Chih - Keet - sah
Chikitsa, Sanskrit for healing, therapy and self care. A reflection of our mission to hold space for the bodies innate wisdom to restore balance and order to itself.
Together, we bring our training and personal journeys to create a space where bodywork, yoga, and breath reconnect you with your inner self. Our vision is to help individuals find grounding, release, and transformation — a path back to wholeness.

Nickolaus Sanchez
Nickolaus completed his 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India at Samyak Yoga, where he immersed himself in the traditional lineage of Ashtanga practice. His teaching draws from the eight limbs of yoga, including Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, and the wisdom of returning the body to its subtle, energetic state.
Through his classes, Nickolaus emphasizes both strength and surrender — guiding students not only in the physical practice of yoga but also in its deeper role as a tool for self-inquiry, balance, and inner peace.
