Led Class - $15
Our led Ashtanga Yoga classes guide students through half-primary or full primary series, linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Each half primary class concludes with pranayama to cultivate calm, balance, and awareness of the subtle body. Suitable for all levels, these sessions provide a supportive environment to deepen your practice and connect with your body and breath
One on One — $50
This 60-minute one-on-one session is fully tailored to your individual practice and goals. Nickolaus provides personalized guidance, hands-on adjustments, and breathwork techniques to help you move safely, refine alignment, and connect more deeply with your body. By integrating mindful movement, conscious breathing and drishti (focus point), each session supports not only physical strength and flexibility but also awareness of the subtle body, cultivating balance, focus, and inner calm.
